Return Policy
At My Little Secrets, customer service is extremely important to us. We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are in the best condition. We believe that our returns policy is in line with most online retailers, however we do stipulate certain rules in order to make our service the most reasonable and efficent.
Return and full refund
We apologize, but at this time, we do not offer full refunds or money back.
Replacement
Products that are defective (non-working order) can be returned and replaced within 14 days (from the date product(s) were received). Defective product(s) needs to be shipped back to My Little Secrets within 14 days of reciept; customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) for replacement. Once we recieve the returned product(s) and confirm that they are defective, we will re-process the order and replace the goods. My Little Secrets will pay for any shipping fees associated with the new product(s) sent. IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not offer replacements that have been damaged during shipping transit. But will try our best to package our goods to protect the condition at arrival.
Exchange
In the event of an exchange, product(s) are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning product(s) to be exchanged. All exchanges must be made within 7 days (from the date product(s) were received) for Canadian and US orders and 14 days (from the date product(s) were received) for International orders. We can only exchange an item for a different size, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting us at info@mylittlesecrets.ca. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will note be accepted.
How to proceed with your return or exchange
1. Please email us at info@mylittlesecrets.ca to advise that you would like to make a replacement or exchange. Please ask for a replacement or exchange number (RE #) to be issued to you via email and state what you would like to exchange so we may hold this for you.
2. Print out and fill out the form below and securely wrap and package the item(s) with the completed form and send to us at My Little Secrets, 112 George Street, Unit S402, Toronto, ON, M5A 2M5, Canada. We recommend that you send all items insured and/or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.
